Barak Avital was born and raised in Israel to parents of Moroccan descent. Despite his young age, Barak managed to gain 20 years of experience in various kitchens, and he holds an impressive resume of establishing and managing kitchens all over the world. After setting up and managing kitchens in Los Angeles, Moscow and Tel-Aviv, Barak arrived into the tropical landscapes of Sri Lanka.
